Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 4.
The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 603 of 2022, arising out of Bolagarh P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498(A)/294/323/307/313/506/109/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 D.P. Act.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dtd. 27.05.2022 in ABLAPL Nos. 4928 and 4929 of 2022 in respect of petitioners are similarly circumstanced, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
