This I.A has been filed at the instance of Petitioner No.6 (Butua Mallick @ Mallik) in ABLAPL No.5241 of 2022 for extension of time for surrendering in terms of the order dated 07.06.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the other Petitioners have already surrendered and released on bail, this Court is persuaded to extend the time of surrendering qua Petitioner No.6 for a further period of three weeks hence. 4.

Rest part of the order dated 07.06.2022 remains unaltered. 5.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the order dated 7.6.2022, Paragraph-5 as modified and the order passed today.
