This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Talchua Marine P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 50 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned NGN-cum-JMFC, Rajnagar for commission of offence under Sections 363/366/341/323/109/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary, submits that it is revealed from 164 statement of the victim who has been rescued and in the meanwhile she has entered into the matrimony with the Petitioner.

Taking note of such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
