Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bidanasi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 460 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM(S), Cuttack for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/294/325/354/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the age of the Petitioner and taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner that other co-accused persons have already been released on bail, this Court directs that on surrendering before the Juvenile Justice Board within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released in terms of the provisions contained in Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and considering the nature of allegations, he shall be allowed to be in the care and protection of his parents. 05.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
