Heard Mr. N.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Since on instruction, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the application of the petitioners for settlement of land have already been rejected by the Tahasildar, Darpan (Opposite Party No.4) on 30.09.2022, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the Writ Petition as he wants to approach the Appellate Authority vis-à-vis such order for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
