Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of order dated 07.06.2022.

Perused the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the time limit for surrender of Petitioner No.2 as fixed in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 07.06.2022 is extended for a further period of three weeks hence. 4.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier order dated 07.06.2022 paragraph-6 thereof as modified and the order passed on this day.
