Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance relating to selection of Anganwadi Worker in respect of Allengue Anganwadi Centre in Paika Antarada G.P. of Nuagada Block in the district of Gajapati under the administrative control of the Child Development Project Officer, Nuagada-opposite party no.4 She has made a representation to the Sub-Collector, Gajapati-opposite party no.3 in terms of the revised guidelines of 2007, which prescribe the procedure under clause-I for disposal of complaint relating to selection of Anganwadi Workers.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the complaint was received on 16.2.2022 which is clear from the
endorsement on the complaint petition at Annexure-7 addressed to the Sub-Collector, the same is yet to be disposed of. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance the SubCollector, Gajapati-opposite party no.3 is directed to dispose of the complaint petition of the petitioner dated 18.11.2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
