1. Mr. Rudra Prasad Kar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent has filed a memo of his appearance in the Court today, which is taken on record.

2. He has also placed on record an order passed on 25th September, 2018 under Section 10 (23C)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Hyderabad giving effect to the judgment of the Tribunal in the present case.
