Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with S.T. Case No.78 of 2019 which is arising out of C.T. Case No.25 of 2019, pending in the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Balliguda, corresponding to Balliguda P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 302/450/376D/323/34 of IPC. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda, by order dated 18.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the report submitted by the learned Court in seisin and this Court is prima facie satisfied regarding the steps taken to ensure the presence of the material witnesses.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application of the petitioners at this stage.

Liberty is given to the petitioners to renew their prayer at a later stage.
7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
