2. Heard Mr. Ramakanta Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Biplab Mohanty, learned standing counsel appearing for the Department.

3. This is an application filed by the Petitioner challenging non compliance of the order dtd.15.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.C.(OAC) No.1779 of 2015. In order to provide another opportunity to the Opp. Parties, two (2) months further time is allowed for compliance of the order dtd.15.02.2022.
