This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Salepur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 309 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Salepur for commission of offence under Sections 294/323/325/379/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
