Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Begunia P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 101 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Khordha for commission of offence under Sections 379/411/34 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 3 of the P.D.P.P. Act, 51 of Odisha Minerals (Prevention of Theft, Smuggling & Illegal Mining & Regulation of Possession, Storage, Trading & Transportation) Rules, 2007 4.
Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on
bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
