2. By means of this petition, the Petitioners seeks to quash the order dated 18th June,2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur in C.T. Case No.46 of 2012. However, no step has been taken even for removal of defects since 2016. In such eventuality, there is no point in keeping this petition alive. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non prosecution.
