Heard the submissions of the parties.

It is stated that after issuing notice in C.S. No.2038 of 2017, defendant did not choose to file written statement and by order of the trial court, defendant has been precluded from filing written statement. In the circumstance, the claim is made for early disposal of the suit involved. Considering the suit is of the year 2017 and in the event the defendant has precluded from filing written statement, the trial court is directed to see disposal of the proceeding at least within a period of six months.
