2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the proceeding in connection with 2(c)CC No.63 of 2008 pending in the court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Special, Cuttack.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
