Heard Mr.P.K.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

Relying on the case diary Mr.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the allegation made by the petitioner that he has not been examined is not correct. His further submission is that not only the statement of the present petitioner has been recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., statement of more than ten other witnesses have also been recorded by the investigating agency and a number of documents which includes sale deeds, power of attorney, order of Mutation Appeal Case No. 3 of 2021 etc have been seized and the investigation is still going on. In such background, Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in this case. 3.
Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not
