1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. The Petitioner is the son-Legal Representative of the guarantor and the defaulting borrower of a house loan raised from UCO Bank, Regional Office, Bhubaneswar.

3. The recovery process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was initiated to recover the outstanding amount leading to the issuance of e-auction notice dated 19.03.2021 putting to auction sale of the secured assets i.e. the residential house on 23.04.2021.

4. At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
