2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 23.06.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Panposh in ICC Case No.222 of 2003.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
