3. The Petitioner, in this I.A., prays for modification of the order dated 14.07.2022 passed in BLAPL No. 3948 of 2022 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

4. Since two prosecution witnesses have yet to be examined out of 24 witnesses, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months from today.
