Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 530 of 2021 in Spl. (NDPS) 69 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Juge-cum-Special Judge, Kantamal for commission of offence under Sections 20(a)(i) of the NDPS Act.

Taking into account the nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed.

It shall be open to the petitioners to surrender and move for bail before the court below, which shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law.
