Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Joda P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 219 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Barbil for commission of offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 341/ 323/ 294/ 353/ 332/ 186/ 153(A)/ 295(A)/ 120(B)/506/307/149 of the I.P.C. and Sec.4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Sec. 7 of Criminal Law (2nd Amendment) Act,1983 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation and order passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.4652 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
