1. For the reasons stated therein, this application for substitution vice the deceased Petitioner is allowed.

2. The legal representatives of the Petitioner as indicated in the application are brought on record.

3. The consolidated cause title incorporating the substitution be filed in course of the day.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority in accordance with law.

5. If such an appeal is filed not later than 21st March, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, explaining the delay on account of pendency of this present petition, it will be

examined by the appellate authority in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

6. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms with the liberty as prayed for. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
