2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 4.8.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh in ICC No.42 of 2012.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
