Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Statement is made by Mr.Routray, learned Senior Counsel that involving the original order, First Appeal was preferred and after the First Appeal No.359 of 1986 came to be disposed of. Review application was filed in AHO No.133 of 2000 which came to be disposed of. Matter is now pending in Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No.1776-1778 of 2012. For the subsequent development, this Court observes the impugned order herein shall ultimately be abided by the ultimate outcome in SLP (Civil) No.1776-1778 of 2012. 3.
