1. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge has been passed in a writ petition challenging an order of the Tahasildar passed in a revision petition under Section 15 (b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

2. Clearly, this was an exercise of jurisdiction by the learned Single Judge under Article 227 of the Constitution. As such, no writ appeal is maintainable against such an order. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
