This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.177 of 2022, arising out of Tirtol P.S. Case No.196 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Tirtol for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/506/377/294/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Perused the statement of the victim and medical examination report which prima facie does not support the allegation as alleged.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving
for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
