1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.
3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the action of the District Sub-Registrar, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.3, in refusing to admit the documents presented for registration, vide Annexure-1, on the ground that the land in question relates to the deity property.
4. Since the appeal lies to the said order, this Court giving liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay within fifteen days hence. If the appeal along with application for condonation of delay is
// 2 // filed within the time stipulated, the appellate authority shall consider the same taking note of the fact that the Petitioner has filed this writ petition within the time stipulated and prosecuting the same bonafidely and entertain the same invoking the exclusion clause and decide the appeal putting notice to the party aggrieved not later than two months from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order.
5. With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
