At the outset, Mr.

Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the order dated 5th January, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.21591 of 2021 have since been complied with as the Director (R&R)-cum-Additional Secretary to Government, Department of Water Resources has passed an order vide no.27880 dated 27.10.2022 conveying the sanctioning and release of the admissible amounts to the petitioner. A photo copy of the aforesaid order be retained on file for the purpose of record.

He undertakes to provide a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present Contempt Petition has rendered infructuous and accordingly the same is disposed of as infructuous.

However liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek the revival of the present Contempt Petition by making a proper application, in case, the amounts are not released within a reasonable time.
