This writ petition has been filed assailing the notice of eviction under Annexure-7 issued by Deputy Inspector General of Police, CRPF-cum-Estate Officer, Group Center, Bhubaneswar in respect of Government Qrs. No.252 Type-02 Block No.19, Group Centre, CRPF Campus, Bhubaneswar which has been allotted in favour of her husband CT/GD Satrughana Behera.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the aforesaid government quarters. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order dated 29th May, 2019 passed in IA No.8033 of 2019 stands vacated.
