For the confirming order by both the courts, however, with little modification involving a measurement / assessment aspect in the participation of the parties, this Court is not inclined to interfere in such matters at this stage. However, considering the submission of Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate this Court observes, in the event there is obstruction in working out the direction of the lower appellate authority more particularly in paragraph no.10 therein in disposal of the F.A.O No.15 of 2022, sufficient scope is available ensuring compliance of the direction in paragraph no.10 in the trial court itself.
