Mr. Mishra, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of Opposite Party No.2 by filing Vakalatnama in Court, which is taken on record.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction to the Financer-Opposite Party No.2 not to seize the vehicle of the Petitioner bearing registration No.OD-15-F-2886 (Truck).

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that the Petitioner has not complied with order dated 13th May, 2022.

4.1 However, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.
