This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 187 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Gramya Nayalaya, Rajnagar for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/307/354-B/506/188//34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL in respect of petitioner No.3, the same accordingly stands dismissed. 5.

Considering the nature of the allegations vis-a-vis petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and their age, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail they shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
