Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
This Writ Petition involves a temporary engagement in the year 2001. Undisputedly, there has been several changes in the body of the Gram Panchayat Election have taken place in the meantime. 3.
In the circumstance, this Court finds orders passed by some Sarapanch during the tenure in 2001 cannot be acted upon for all times to come. Further this Court in the recent decision of Division Bench of this Court has come to hold appointment of this nature cannot be made by the Sarapanch and State has the authority to make such appointments. In the above background, this Court finds, there is no scope for interfering in impugned action.
