Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 223 of 2022 arising out of Nihalprasad P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Gondia for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. read with Section 51 of the Odisha Minor Mineral Concession Rules,2016.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
