1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 30th October, 2021 in connection with Malkangiri P.S.
Case No.503/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.985/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Malkangiri for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 370/370-A/376(2)(n)/34 of I.P.C. and sections 4/5/6/7 of ITP.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner called the victim lady from West Bengal on the pretext of arranging a job for her at Malkangiri. On good faith, the victim came to Malkangiri and the Petitioner introduced her with Asim Das and kept her in a house owned by him. It is further stated that the victim was engaged in prostitution by the Petitioner and the said Asim Das. In the mean time, the said Asim Das has granted bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.844/2022.
5. Taking into consideration all the above facts and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall personally appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take him to custody again.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
