1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that this case is covered by the order passed in WP(C) No.9109 of 2022 and as such this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.

3. In view of the said order, the Petitioner shall be given a chance to file the show cause on the date prescribed in the said order dated 29.04.2022 passed in WP(C) No.9109 of 2022 before the Regional Transport Officer-cum-Tax Recovery Officer and on filing of the same, the R.T.O shall act in accordance with the order passed in the said case.

4. A photocopy of the order dated 29.04.2022 passed in WP(C) No.9109 of 2022 be kept on record.
