1. Heard Mr. B.K. Ghadei, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Miss S. Mishra, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party

2. In course of hearing, Mr. Ghadei, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the CRLMC with liberty to prefer revision before the learned Sessions Judge.

3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty prayed for. In the event the revision is filed before the learned Sessions Judge, the delay in filing of the same may be considered liberally.
