This writ petition involves inappropriate pleading. In the event Order No.
the petitioner has already been supplied with the decision of the authority and is aggrieved by such action of the authority, in the first hand the petitioner ought to have supply the copy of the authority, in absence of which the present writ petition is not entertainable. Mr.Acharya, learned Senior Counsel at this stage of the matter prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to come up with proper pleading and documents.
