The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 25th February, 2021 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak in I.A. No.266 of 2020 (arising out of C.S. No.96 of 2013), whereby its application to construct the house over the suit land has been rejected.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction submits that in the meantime C.S. No.96 of 2013 has already been disposed of on merit. Hence, this CMP has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as infructuous.
