1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-2) shall be examined Order No.

by the Collector and District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur (Opposite Party No.2) and after giving the Petitioners a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioners not later than 8th August, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
