1. In the proceedings of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Order No.
Case No.1586 of 2011 dated 14th December, 2012 it has been recorded that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. admitted to have voluntarily eloped with the accused and she is residing peacefully with him in her in-laws' house. The copy of the marriage certificate has also been placed as Annexure-5.
2. Despite service of notice, none appears on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3. The learned Additional Standing Counsel informs that she has deposed the same before the concerned Court. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.1586 of 2011 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M. Bhadrak is hereby quashed.
3. The petition is allowed in the above terms, but in the circumstances, with no other as to costs.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
5. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
