1. A copy of the said affidavit dated 30th August, 2016 filed by the police be served on learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner forthwith.

2. It appears from the affidavit dated 30th August, 2016 that of the 6 accused, one was in judicial custody and one died. In the meanwhile, 4 have been arrested on 19th August, 2016. It is stated that charge-sheet has also been filed. It is expected that further steps would be taken in due course.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
