This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 68 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Kantamal for commission of offence under Sections 143/147/ 148/294/323/506/149 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25 &27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL in respect of petitioner Nos. 1 & 3.

Accordingly, ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 stands rejected.

Keeping in view the role ascribed to Petitioner Nos. 2 and 4 to 9, this Court directs that on surrendering within three

weeks hence and moving for bail, Petitioners 2 and 4 to 9 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
