Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On perusal of recitals in the writ petition it is seen that the petitioner had assailed the selection to the post of Lineman-B and the selection list dated 12.12.2008.

It is seen that in 2009, the age of the petitioner was 57 years.

Taking into account the nature of lis, this Court is of the considered opinion that the same has been rendered infructuous with efflux of time 6.

Accordingly the writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
