Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 19875 of 2017, which has been dismissed vide judgment passed today (22.12.2022).

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the Judgment dated 22.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 19875 of 2017, this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said judgment. The petitioner-MCL is directed to comply with the direction given by the Collector, Angul, vide order dated 30.11.2016 passed in Misc.
