Mr. Sovan Kumar Sahoo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Baug, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the sole opposite party in this case has long since expired and the present CRLMC thereby has become infructuous.

In view of aforesaid development, since the sole opposite party has expired in the meantime, the CRLMC has become infructuous. 5.
