This writ petition was filed in the year 2004 and petitioner obtained an order of admission along with interim protection in the year 2005. There is no filing of requisites ever for issuing notice to the opposite parties. For not taking appropriate steps in appropriate time and considering the suit is of the year 1999, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time for issuing notice as notice to a party after almost two decades will not yield any result. In the process for the negligence of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed with vacation of the interim order dated 28.02.2005 passed in Misc. Case No.13990 of 2004. In the event T.S.No.26 of 1999 of the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sambalpur has not been disposed of as of now, this Court directs the trial court to conclude the same within a period of six months hence.
