Heard Mr. R.N. Parija, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash initiation of online system of admission for the academic session 2018-19 under Annexure-1 and to issue direction to the Opposite Parties to make the online System of Admission after complying with the directives of the D.G.E. & T under Annexures-3 and 4 and making adequate pre-awareness and infrastructural developments.

Mr. R.N. Parija, learned Counsel for the Petitioner produces a memo in Court today enclosing the notification dated 13.09.2019, which was issued by the Government of Odisha in the Department of Skill Development and Technical Education, and common Order dated 30.04.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 9724 of 2018, W.P.(C) No. 20801 of 2016 and W.P.(C) No. 9370 of 2018, by which steps have been taken by the Government for implementation of Normative Fees Structure for the Private ITIs.

Therefore, he does not want to press this Writ Petition. The memo so filed in Court today be kept on record.

In the above view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
