1. The subject matter of the present writ petition and the relief sought for are admittedly governed by the judgment of the Supreme Court in Sri Jagannath Temple Managing Committee v. Siddha Math, 2016 (I) OLR (SC) - 209. This petition is accordingly disposed of in terms thereof.
2. Any person, with subsisting claims, may agitate their grievance in appropriate proceedings.
