1. One Mr. S.K. Biswal, learned counsel, appeared in the Court without any paper book. He just casually walked into the Court, asked for an adjournment on behalf of Mr. Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and even before the Court could react, simply started walking out. When he was asked to explain to the Court what the case was about, he was unable to do so.
